Pressing Module
- The glass combining and pressing process is precisely controlled by servo motors.
- The frame is welded with 2.75 mm thick national standard square tubes, adopting a 400*400 square tube frame structure, which is sturdy, durable and not easy to deform.
- The worktable is precisely processed by a carving machine, featuring higher flatness with a planar error controlled within 0.3 mm.
- It adopts a dual positioning mode of linear guides and gear racks, ensuring synchronous operation of the four corners during the combining process with even stress distribution.
- The front panel can automatically open 400 mm for easy replacement of the conveying rollers.
Washing & Drying Module
Washing Zone
- Power Control: The brushes are driven by 3 independent motors, ensuring stable transmission and strong power.
- Body Material: The whole machine is made of stainless steel, effectively preventing rust.
- Transmission Design: The upper drive adopts key-pin gear transmission, which is stable and durable. It only requires oil lubrication for maintenance and is basically maintenance-free.
Drying Zone
- Air Drying Design: Equipped with 2 aluminum alloy air knives. The inclined air outlet ensures uniform and stable air flow, accelerating the glass drying speed.
- Noise Reduction Design: The inner wall of the cabinet is pasted with 50mm thick soundproof cotton, which can effectively reduce noise during operation.
- Durable Material: The water tank and bottom pumping parts are made of stainless steel. The water pump motor is of Guangdong Lingxiao brand, with high reliability.
Fan Equipment
- Core Configuration: 15kW high-pressure butterfly valve fan + low-noise fan.
- Performance Advantages: Large air volume, fast air supply speed, no air marks left after operation.
- Application: Suitable for scenarios requiring efficient, mark-free air supply and drying.
