The production line operates fully digitally, with an integrated display that dynamically shows equipment operation and fault information.
It is equipped with glass and aluminum spacer thickness measurement functions, effectively improving production efficiency.
The pressing and aluminum frame sections are controlled by servo motors, ensuring precise and reliable operation.
The entire line is controlled by PLC + frequency converter, with touch-screen operation, realizing automatic speed regulation and convenient control.

Automatically identifies LOW-E glass with a dedicated full LOW-E brush design, suitable for the production of special glass.
Supports off-line pressing process and can produce various types of insulating glass, including double, triple and quadruple glazing.
Optional off-line internal/external sheet function is available to produce asymmetric insulating glass, meeting diverse requirements.
The plate pressing structure can be opened for easy equipment maintenance, improving the durability and flexibility of the production line.

Pressing Module

The glass combining and pressing process is precisely controlled by servo motors.
The frame is welded with 2.75 mm thick national standard square tubes, adopting a 400*400 square tube frame structure, which is sturdy, durable and not easy to deform.
The worktable is precisely processed by a carving machine, featuring higher flatness with a planar error controlled within 0.3 mm.
It adopts a dual positioning mode of linear guides and gear racks, ensuring synchronous operation of the four corners during the combining process with even stress distribution.
The front panel can automatically open 400 mm for easy replacement of the conveying rollers.

Washing & Drying Module

Power Control: The brushes are driven by 3 independent motors, ensuring stable transmission and strong power.
Body Material: The whole machine is made of stainless steel, effectively preventing rust.
Transmission Design: The upper drive adopts key-pin gear transmission, which is stable and durable. It only requires oil lubrication for maintenance and is basically maintenance-free.

Air Drying Design: Equipped with 2 aluminum alloy air knives. The inclined air outlet ensures uniform and stable air flow, accelerating the glass drying speed.
Noise Reduction Design: The inner wall of the cabinet is pasted with 50mm thick soundproof cotton, which can effectively reduce noise during operation.
Durable Material: The water tank and bottom pumping parts are made of stainless steel. The water pump motor is of Guangdong Lingxiao brand, with high reliability.

Fan Equipment

Performance Advantages: Large air volume, fast air supply speed, no air marks left after operation.
Application: Suitable for scenarios requiring efficient, mark-free air supply and drying.
Core Configuration: 15kW high-pressure butterfly valve fan + low-noise fan.
