Equipped with 9 professional grinding heads, it precisely grinds the bottom edge and front & rear edges at different stations. The glass edge features high smoothness, and the 45° edge forming is neat and regular.
Stable frame structure
The main body is made of annealed cast iron (base 25mm, front and rear beams 30mm), featuring strong load-bearing capacity and no deformation, suitable for processing large-size and heavy-duty glass.
Core components are branded: motors, reducers and electrical parts all adopt well-known brands, ensuring stable operation, low failure rate and long service life.
Variable frequency speed regulation design, with conveying speed infinitely adjustable from 0.5–6m/min, adapting to different glass thicknesses and processing requirements for flexible operation.
The conveying system is high-quality and durable, using synchronous belts, aluminum fluent strips and high-grade PVC conveyor pads. Glass is conveyed stably without scratches or deviation.
