Equipped with customized resin diamond wheels and high-density wear-resistant film removing wheels, it delivers excellent edging effect and long service life, and can be directly connected to a glass washing machine to improve overall line efficiency.
Wide Adaptability for Both Large and Small Glass: Capable of processing conventional-size glass. With an auxiliary frame installed, it can handle extra-large glass panels, long strip glass for shower rooms, as well as special-shaped glass, making it suitable for a wider range of applications.
Free Switching between Dry Grinding and Wet Grinding Modes: The edging, film removing and water circulation systems are independently controllable, supporting both dry and wet grinding to meet different processing technologies and on-site working conditions.

Water-contact parts such as the water tank and grinding wheel cover are made of stainless steel, and the square tubes of the frame are galvanized, ensuring rust resistance and corrosion resistance for long-term use.
Stable transmission with high precision and no step loss: The edging motor is equipped with high-grade aluminum synchronous pulleys and timing belts, providing accurate and stable transmission without step loss. They are rust-proof in wet conditions and ensure more reliable operation.
