Glue Application Structure
Precision & Reliability: The whole machine consists of 87 precision-machined parts with high structural accuracy.
Intelligent Detection: Equipped with the Korean Autonex DT-300 photoelectric system, it can automatically measure glass height and detect sealing depth via a scanner.
Stability & Efficiency: Driven by Yaskawa servo motors from Japan, featuring fast rotation speed and reliable operation. The rotating shaft is made of imported stainless steel from Korea, sturdy and wear-resistant.
Uniform Mixing: The glue mixer is equipped with a spiral stirring mandrel to ensure thorough mixing of the sealant.
Wide Application: Supports sealing operations for double and triple glazing.
Conveyor Belt
It adopts a chain-type V-shaped conveyor belt composed of multiple V-shaped modules. Each module is reinforced with steel plates to ensure the flatness and load-bearing capacity of the entire conveyor belt.
Driven by the motor and chains, glass can be conveyed smoothly and stably.
Adhesive Supply System
Equipped with two sets of sealant supply systems that can be switched at any time, saving glue replacement time and improving work efficiency.
Secondary turbocharging system
The booster pump is independently developed by HC with a nickel-plated process, featuring an attractive appearance and excellent rust resistance.
The hydraulic station is of Beijing Youlicheng brand, and the motor is from Siemens Beide.
The system adopts a dual-booster design to ensure a uniform and smooth coating.
Console
The control panel adopts a cantilever design, which can rotate horizontally and is suitable for adults to stand and operate. It has built-in Chinese and English versions, making it simple and easy to operate.
Frame Structure
The slot chain is equipped with an independent protective slot, which ensures complete wiring and prevents damage during the gluing process.
The frame is welded from 6mm thick steel tubes, making it sturdy and durable.
The support rods adopt a triangular design for stability and reliability. The inclination angle of the panel can be adjusted at the rod end through the rod-end connectors.
