Pressing Module
The glass combining and pressing process is precisely controlled by servo motors.
The frame is welded with 2.75 mm thick national standard square tubes, adopting a 400*400 square tube frame structure, which is sturdy, durable and not easy to deform.
The worktable is precisely processed by a carving machine, featuring higher flatness with a planar error controlled within 0.3 mm.
It adopts a dual positioning mode of linear guides and gear racks, ensuring synchronous operation of the four corners during the combining process with even stress distribution.
The front panel can automatically open 400 mm for easy replacement of the conveying rollers.

Washing Zone
Power Control: The brushes are driven by 3 independent motors, ensuring stable transmission and strong power.
