Overall Structure：Adopts a horizontal structure. The glass goes through four processes: feeding, cleaning, drying and discharging. The machine base is heavy and sturdy, the frame is assembled with aluminum alloy, and it is equipped with a stainless steel protective cover, ensuring stable and durable operation.
Cleaning Assembly：Equipped with 6 brush rollers of φ150mm, including 1 special soft brush roller, suitable for LOW‑E glass, ordinary coated glass and solar coated glass. When cleaning LOW‑E glass, the upper brush rollers can be lifted to avoid damaging the coated surface.
Drying System：Equipped with 6 air knives and dual high-pressure fans with strong lateral air flow. Heating pipes are installed at the end of the drying section for secondary heating on the glass surface, achieving thorough drying effect.
Lifting Design：The cleaning and drying modules can be lifted as a whole with a maximum stroke of 400mm, suitable for glass of different thicknesses and convenient for cleaning and replacing the brushes.

Intelligent Control：Adopts Delta PLC for intelligent control with a concise and user-friendly operation panel. The conveying speed is steplessly adjustable via a frequency converter to suit various processing requirements.
Preprocessing Optimization：A stainless steel water tank is installed at the inlet section, and the conveying rubber rollers are self-rotating and self-cleaning. Equipped with a spraying system, the glass is pre-wetted before entering the cleaning section to improve cleaning performance.
Material & Protection：All water-contact metal parts are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The drive system adopts vulcanized rubber-covered rollers; contact with acidic liquids is prohibited to extend service life.
Multi-Stage Cleaning：Adopts a three-stage cleaning process with stainless steel water tanks for water recycling, balancing cleaning quality and operating costs. The electrical circuit is neatly arranged for convenient operation and maintenance.
